Return/Exchange Policy

 Thank you for shopping online at Real Mom’s Boutique LLC and for your recent purchase. We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. We will provide you with a return shipping label upon your return request. You can choose to exchange the product, return it for online boutique credit, or get a refund to your original payment method. Keep in mind that if you choose to return the items, you will need to cover the shipping costs and this cost will be deducted from your refund amount. Please note that return products must be unworn, unused, not opened, and in the original packaging (if they came in one). If the returned item does not satisfy these requirements and 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange of any kind.

 Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

·      Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

·      The item needs to be in the original packaging.

·      Must be within 30 days.

·      Only Regular or Sale items can be refunded. Close out items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

·      If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and it was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

 Please note that there are exceptions to our return policy stated below:

The Following Items are exempt from refunds or exchanges.

·      Gift Cards

·      Some Personal Care Items (such as underwear products)

·      Beauty products or lotions must be returned unopened.

·      Final sale items or products

To return a purchased item, follow the steps below:

1.     Send us an email with your order number and state which items you would like to return.

2.     We will email you a return label back.

3.     Make sure your items you are retuning do not have any visible signs of use.

4.     Package the products in their original packaging.

5.     Put the products into shipment packaging and label it.

6.     Bring your package to the post office to mail.

We commit to processing your return within 10 business days of receiving the package. You will get a refund after returned products have been accepted within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.  

 Just a reminder we pay for the original shipping fees over purchases of a $100 only, you will be responsible for shipping cost when returning items unless you are returning it because it was damaged in route. The shipping fees will be deducted form the amount refunded to you. Thank you for your understanding.
